REFEREE ABUSE PREVENTION
Join Washington Youth Soccer and TCYSA in creating a better future for our game. U.S. Soccer’s recently updated Referee Abuse Prevention Policy (Policy 531-9) is designed to make youth and amateur matches more safe, more fun, and more empowering for everyone involved. Referee abuse will not be tolerated. We’re asking everyone to do their part by knowing the rules, reporting referee abuse, and embodying behaviors that represent the best of us.

Thurston County Youth Soccer Association
is comprised of six Recreational Clubs and one RCL Competitive Club.
Each Recreational Club serves its home school district, with the exception of Prairie SC which serves Yelm and Rainier School Districts. North Thurston School District is served by Chinqually Booters SC,Olympia SC and Tumwater SC. Blackhills FC, our RCL Competitive Club, serves all of Thurston County.
